1 Tbsp 'ĀiNA CULTURE Turmeric Elixir

1 Tbsp 'ĀiNA CULTURE Cacao Rituals

Ice

1/4 cup of your favorite milk

Optional: Natural sweetener we recommend a local raw honey or pure maple syrup

HOW WE PREPARE IT

1. Brew 12 oz of 'ĀiNA CULTURE Yerba Mate in a french press 

2. Add 1 Tbsp of 'ĀiNA CULTURE Turmeric Elixir and 'ĀiNA CULTURE cacao rituals to your favorite glass

3. Pour hot Yerba Mate on the turmeric elixir and cacao rituals with optional natural sweetner to mix the powders

4. Froth, froth, froth

5. Add ice to another cup 

6. Pour the mate, turmeric, cacao mix on the ice

7. Add your favorite milk

8. Stir and enjoy
