Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining the highest quality and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our facility.
This policy ensures that every AiNA Culture product you receive is fresh, safe, and uncompromised.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ainaculture.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to review and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.
