Organic Costa Rican Single Origin Rainforest Coffee 12 oz

Medium Dark Roast

This delicious coffee is sourced directly from Costa Rica, where coffee is cultivated under natural forest canopy. Shade grown coffee matures more slowly, allowing deeper flavor development while protecting soil health, wildlife, and the surrounding rainforest ecosystem.

The result is a smooth, balanced cup with rich chocolate notes, a soft nutty body, and naturally low acidity. No harsh bite. A clean, comforting brew that’s easy on the stomach and perfect for everyday drinking.

How to brew 'ĀiNA CULTURE Yerba Mate

Discover the traditional way of brewing yerba mate, a ritual shared for generations across South America, sustaining indigenous peoples, farmers, and gauchos.

We’ll also guide you through a French press method designed for today’s athletes, creators, and everyday warriors seeking clean energy from nature’s truest source.

1. Traditional Yerba Mate

Refill, pass it on, move with purpose / share culture

You will need:

  • 'ĀiNA CULTURE Gaucho or Performance Yerba Mate
  • Gourd (or small mason jar, ceramic or stainless steel vessel)
  • Cool water
  • Hot water about 160-175 F
  • Bombilla

Instructions

1. Fill up your gourd ½ or ¾ with yerba mate depending on your preference.

2. Cover the mouth of the gourd with your hand, tilt the gourd at a 45 angle so that the yerba accumulates on one side, leaving an empty space on the other side.

3. Gently pour a little of cool water on the yerba mate leaves, let it sit for one minute

4. Insert the bombilla into the empty side of the gourd. Make sure the filter end is buried in the yerba but not touching the bottom of the gourd.

5. Pour hot water about 160-175 F into the gourd close to the bombilla, let it steep for a moment.

6. Sip through the bombilla, drink it all the way down, and keep refilling with hot water as needed.

2. Yerba Mate on a French Press

You will need

  • 'ĀiNA CULTURE Gaucho or Performance Yerba Mate
  • Cool water
  • Hot water about 160-175 F
  • French Press

Instructions

1. Heat water about 160-175 F

2. Depending on how strong you like it, the amount will vary. A good estimate is 2 tbsp per mug, if you want to make the full french press we recommend adding 6-8 tablespoons of 'ĀiNA CULTURE Yerba Mate.

3. Pour 1/4 of temperature water. This helps hydrate the leaves and prepares it for the hot water that’s about to come. Let it sit for 30-60 seconds, until the mate has expanded.

4. Add hot water. Optimal brewing temperature for mate is around 160º-175ºF. Fill the french press.

5. Let the Yerba mate steem for 5-8 minutes

6. Press the french press slowly until you reach the bottom. Pour your mate into a cup.

7. Drink it straight, and enjoy amazing Nature's clean energy
